This wonderfully sweet and creamy coffee has returned for its sophomore release! Imported by our friends at The Coffee Republic who help source high quality and environmentally friendly single origins from El Salvador to Canada. Finca Miramar just happens to be their personal family farm – located in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range which is considered one of Central America’s premier specialty growing regions.
Most Salvadoran specialty is grown near volcanoes where the ash and sulphur impart complex. Such is the case here, but with the added benefits of an ocean breeze off the Pacific (‘mar’ means ocean and ‘mira’ means look) and shade from macadamia and peach trees to slow maturation.
An ideal cup for fans of rich and classic coffee flavours.
